Our story

Why we built Recuro

In 2022, our founders were running a SaaS company. They had a great CRM, a Mollie account, and a growing base of paying customers — but nothing to connect them. Billing intervals were tracked in spreadsheets. Invoices were sent manually. Failed payments slipped through the cracks.

After spending three months building a custom integration, they realised every other SaaS team in Europe had exactly the same problem. So they turned their internal tool into Recuro.

Today, Recuro powers subscriptions for hundreds of teams across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and beyond. Our goal is simple: make subscription billing so automatic that it fades into the background of your business.
